What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?Updated a month ago

1. Your full name and order number

2. The email address used for the purchase

3. Product name

4. Images of the fault / damage: i) close image up of the fault / damage, ii) zoomed out image to show location of the fault / damage on the product

5. Short description of the fault / damage

Our Customer Experience team will reach out to you by the end of the business day following receipt of your message
